HOW IT WORKS

Step One: After ordering, contact me through social media with your order number and clear photos of your pet. (Instagram or Discord is preferred)

Step 2: I’ll create a new sketch for you to approve if you've purchased a Bespoke Custom. You can request changes at this sketch stage before I move on to colouring and have an unlimited number of edits at this stage.

Step Three: You will receive the final coloured design to approve, with up to two rounds of edits before production.

Step Four: Once you approve the finished artwork, your design will be made into keyrings and your dog will join the Scruff Puppy collection forever!

IMPORTANT!

Shipping is not included in the pricing . By purchasing you are agreeing to pay a further shipping fee once your keyrings are ready to dispatch! ALL CUSTOM KEYRINGS WILL BE SENT TRACKED AND FULLY INSURED, so be aware the shipping cost will be around £20 for International buyers for everyone's peace of mind.
